After 39 years of searching for a dental office that truly makes me feel cared for, I can honestly say I have finally found one at Foxchase Dental Group. This was my second visit, and somehow they exceeded the excellent experience I had during my first appointment. Dr. Burchfield is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, thorough, educational, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. What stands out most is that he genuinely cares. Throughout the years, I’ve had fillings, crowns, root canals, and other dental work done at various offices, yet this is the first dental practice where I can leave after treatment without lingering pain or discomfort. (And they offer same day crowns!) I came into this office carrying years of stress and frustration from previous dental experiences, hoping I could finally find a place I could trust. Dr. Burchfield was incredibly empathetic and understanding of my concerns. Even though I needed additional treatment today and the cost was more than expected, I was genuinely happy to move forward because I trust his recommendations completely. I also want to recognize Afraa, RDH. This was my first time meeting her, and she was amazing! She brought such positive energy to the appointment. She was informative, encouraging, and her bedside manner immediately put me at ease. Both Afraa and Dr. Burchfield made sure I understood every step of my treatment and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The entire office deserves recognition. From the warm welcome at the front desk (I unfortunately didn’t catch the receptionist’s name) to the advanced technology, comfortable atmosphere, and even the music they play, every detail contributes to a great patient experience. For the first time in a very long time, I left a dental office feeling confident that my oral health is headed in the right direction. Thank you, Dr. Burchfield, Afraa, and the entire Foxchase Dental Group team. You have earned my trust, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that truly cares about their patients. ⭐️ Highly recommended! ⭐️

Afrouz, my dental hygienist, is incredibly professional and kind! She does a really great job. She did my scaling and root planing and I felt comfortable the whole time.

I was at the practice today for a cleaning. The doctor and the hygienist took their time to thoroughly explain the treatments I need to receive. Afraa, the hygienist, was very efficient, she did a great job with the cleaning, and was very considerate towards my needs. She gave a lot of recommendations on the dental care I need to maintain home. She is by far, the best hygienist ive had im à long time. I’ll make sure to request her for my next appointment.
