Fantastic experience with Foxchase. Overall everyone was kind and provided great service. Dr. Burchfield was clear and explained everything in detail. I was recommended the scaling and root planing; however, admittedly, I was feeling a little uneasy of potential upselling. But I made the mistake of not asking enough questions, and even went as far as paying for the procedure. Note here, for “convenience” the front desk staff came in the room to go over the bill, sign documents, and even processed the charge right there. Another factor in my uneasiness, however I can see how people would prefer this. After second guessing and doing research while waiting, I decided to get a second opinion. And the whole staff was super accommodating and understanding, despite me being a difficult patient. Dr. Burchfield was very kind, taking extra time to re-sit with me and hear my reservations and actually listen. He understood me not wanting to feel pressured. The hygienist pivoted to a regular cleaning without issue. The front desk properly refunded me without question or issue either. Super super great experience and will be returning

I have had very positive experiences with Foxchase Dental. Afraa, the dental hygienist, is especially caring, gave wonderful advice, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointments. I learned so much more about my dental health in a few short visits with her than I have throughout my life. She’s truly a gem on the team!

THEY TAKE AETNA HMO PLANS!! I was able to get a same day appointment for a tooth extraction. Dr Burchfield was quick and efficient. I just wish I got a little more information for post-procedure. He even checked the sutures the next day as they started to come out due to my error.
